-* Destressing Tip #2 - “Photo Therapy”

There are a few things that I tend to pick up when I get busy or stressed out. Some are quite unhealthy (eating), some are social (chatting with friends), and some are quite individual and neither-very-unhealthy-nor-very-unproductive.
One of the latter category is blogging (as evidenced by the recent increase in my blogging frequency).
The other is photo taking/editing/sharing.
I used to feel that I can only enjoy doing so with my good digital cameras (my Maxxum 5D or my Panasonic FX-07) with a long hours of trying editing the photo.
The quality of the photo may be better on those real cameras, but, you know what, in the end, I still get as much enjoyment for a mere 5MP no-optical-zoom noikia n82 plus just a few minutes on photoshop.
:)
So, I think I’ll be restarting the photo blog again . . . Hopefully soon.

My dearest friend had just started blogging again, calling it her “Blog Therapy”. According to her:
I’ve been extremely stressed recently. I think that it is partially because I stopped blogging. Blogging is more like an outlet to me. Something that allows me to get stuff off my chest and relieve some stress. It helps keep me sane.
I have got to admit that I agree with her completely on that note. Blogging has been a destressing tool for me, and I had also become more stressed without a proper outlet. (See, I’m not the type of person who would just rant to anyone out there, and so having a channel like this one where I could politely and randomly just say anything surely helps.)
Of course, it got a little bit stressful when I was worrying too much about what I could write about at work and whether I would be “found” by anyone out there.
So, not to defeat the purpose of this blog as being “destressing” . . . I’m just not going to write any details about work (might find another outlet for that), I’m not going to write anything TOO sensitive (i.e. mostly no political issues.), and I’m just not even going to care about any grammar, etc. There can be another outlet for THAT.
For now, I’m just going to write, write, and write (and maybe post a few photos here and there), and I’m just going to enjoy myself in the process.
Sounds like a good idea? ;)
-* Comments Bombing…

Okay… so after getting COMPLETELY bombarded by the spam comments in my blogs (like about 400++ invitations to buy some obscure medicines and other even more obscure activities in less than a month), I decided that I really need to keep a closer control of my comment system…
Anyway, now that I have a new love of my life, I really should find a time to update this blog more often… IF I can manage to some good way to post to WP more easily from it. *sigh*.
